This course will teach delegates to prepare, structure and run the appraisal interview. It can also look at any appraisal documentation currently in use within your organisation and help to improve this where necessary.

Putting it all into Practice   Using realistic scenarios, participants will have the chance to practise assertive behaviour in a variety of situations and receive feedback from the group and from an experienced facilitator. Action-planning for the future.
