Session Overview
Effective return to work interviews reduce the future occurrence of absence. They can identify problems in the workplace or at home which impact on work and they show that an organisation is serious about attendance management.
It is essential that return to work interviews are conducted because they show employees that: you have noticed their absence; you are concerned about their absence; you want to help them improve their attendance record.

Our programme is aimed at two distinct groups; a. top management including directors or equivalent and other senior personnel in the organisation including production/operations, human resources, training, finance and occupational health. b. Middle and first line managers who are new to the management of teams.
